Job Title: SAP IS-U FICA Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-U FICA expert to join our team at SMARTWORK IT SERVICES. As an SAP IS-U FICA expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our SAP IS-U system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of customer master data, billing data, and contract accounts within SAP IS-U.
  • Implement data cleansing and standardization procedures to ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Configure and customize SAP IS-U settings to optimize data processing, reporting, and overall system performance.
  • Stay updated on SAP IS-U enhancements and implement new features as needed.
  • Lead data migration efforts during system upgrades or implementations, ensuring a seamless transition and accurate data transfer.
  • Develop data migration strategies and test plans.
  • Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management practices within SAP IS-U.

Requirements:

  • SAP certification in ISU or a related area.
  • Experience with integrating SAP IS-U with other SAP modules, such as SAP CRM and SAP BW.
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices and principles.
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL and ABAP, for data manipulation and system configuration.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
