Role Description

As a Package Consultant for SAP HANA FIN FICA with BRIM, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP financial and billing processes, specifically within the FICA and SAP BRIM environments. This is a full-time on-site role for a Package Consultant – SAP HANA FIN FICA with BRIM at Cogency Inc. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, consulting, business processes, master data management, and integration within SAP HANA FIN FICA and BRIM modules.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Business Process expertise
  • Experience in Master Data management and Integration
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications in SAP HANA FIN FICA and BRIM are a plus


Mandatory Skills for Screening (Top 5 Skills):

  • SAP HANA FIN FICA – Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) within the SAP HANA environment.
  • SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) – Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP BRIM, specifically related to billing, revenue management, and integrating FICA components.
  • Business Rule Framework (BRF+) – Proficiency in configuring BRF+ for managing complex business rules in collections management, dunning, and collections strategies.
  • Dunning Management & Collections – Experience in configuring dunning management processes, designing collection strategies, and implementing collection activities within SAP FICA.
  • SAP Integration Experience – Ability to integrate FICA with other modules such as Dispute Management, Creditworthiness Management, and Doubtful & Individual Value Adjustment.


Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Telecommunications (Telco) Industry Experience – Familiarity with the unique billing and revenue management processes within the telecommunications sector.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in SAP HANA FIN FICA with a focus on SAP BRIM and collections management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP BRIM, including configuration of Billing, Revenue Management, and FICA components.
  • Proficiency in configuring Business Rule Framework (BRF+) for complex business rules, collections strategies, and dunning management.
  • Solid experience in Dunning Management and the ability to design and implement collections strategies.
  • Expertise in SAP FICA integration with other financial modules such as Dispute Management, Creditworthiness Management, and Doubtful & Individual Value Adjustment.


Good to Have:

  • Telecommunications (Telco) Experience: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry’s billing, invoicing, and revenue management requirements is a plus.
