Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the annual IT infrastructure budget.
  • Operate, monitor, and develop our SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary.
  • Roll-out Global IT initiatives in alignment with the Global IT team.
  • Manage the purchasing, installation, and rollout processes for IT hardware in subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for the technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Propose and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  • Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, team collaboration, leading projects, and teams virtually.
  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to priorities tasks.
