Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to customers
  • Lead multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Guide customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins
  • Experience working in remote delivery models
  • Application-specific solution consulting, including business blueprinting, configuration, and testing
  • Performance of feasibility studies and solution reviews
  • Support pre-sales activities and lead requirement gathering workshops
  • Industry/corporate process implementation across SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Develop and assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of modeling standards and tools
  • Support escalated projects and contribute to the Business Process Library approach
  • Act as a coach for colleagues and lead customer stakeholders in their digital journey
  • Business Blueprinting, Requirement Gathering, Configuration, Customizing, Functional Specification preparation, Cut-Over-Planning, Documentation, Feasibility Study, Global Roll-Out, Testing, Training Consulting

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of application consulting experience
  • Good experience and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Payroll, and/or Talent modules
  • Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module
  • At least eight end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
  • Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
  • Good knowledge of HR business processes
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferable)
  • Understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
  • SF Integration knowledge would be a plus
  • EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus
  • HXM Architect/Lead
