Financial Accountant Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. This role includes the use of accounting software and the application of finance principles to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making processes.
  • You will oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. Daily financial transactions will also need to be accurately recorded.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong analytical skills and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Financial Statements: Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Manage End-to-End Accounts: Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  3. Oversee Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  4. Record Daily Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate, timely recording of financial data.
  5. Support Audits: Prepare and submit financial reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficient in accounting and payroll software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
