Business Development Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development professional to drive revenue growth and expand our partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including banks and fintech companies, to ensure smooth business operations.
  • TARGET Achievement: Deliver high-impact results against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion across product categories and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and execute sales strategies through business partners, leveraging resources in coordination with the product team, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market approaches, marketing plans, collaterals, media, campaigns, promotions, pricing, and service delivery models.
  • Product Enhancement: Implement product enhancements across existing partner channels to drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including business, product, tech, marketing, compliance, etc., to ensure delivery on required customizations.
  • Partner Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new partners.
  • Partner Engagement: Develop and execute partner training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition programs, and other events to foster partner engagement.
  • Brand Management: Responsible for developing and managing brand positioning strategies.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.
