Web Development Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a diverse team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, maintaining high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Make strategic tech stack decisions, leveraging frameworks such as Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, and VIKE SSR.
  • Implement SEO technical tasks to maximize website visibility and growth.
  • Manage translations across web platforms and Shopify apps for global users.
  • Design, implement, and secure authentication flows and internal portals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of engineering experience, with strong expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, VIKE SSR, and Playwright. They should have a track record of shipping complex products fast without compromising reliability, as well as experience managing Scrum teams and enforcing sprint discipline.
