This is a full-time role based in Jaipur.

The Zoho Implementation Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to meet business requirements effectively.
  2. Configuring workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments with expertise.
  3. Providing comprehensive training for internal teams on the optimal usage of Zoho tools.
  4. Troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering timely solutions promptly.
  5. Ensuring seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems efficiently.
  6. Continuously improving business processes through recommendations for Zoho tool utilization.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing software solutions like Zoho and ERP systems successfully.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot intricate software issues.
  • Project management skills with the capability to lead software implementation projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
