Job Overview

This role is focused on developing strategies to maximize painter engagement and drive demand for our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, loyalty programs, and training development.

">Responsibilities
  • Loyalty Program Development: Design and implement various loyalty programs for painters and paint contractors to foster brand loyalty and retention.
  • Engagement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive engagement strategy to maximize painter registrations and base growth.
  • Influencer Engagement: Collaborate with influencers to design and execute training programs for painters, paint contractors, and architects/ interior decorators.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor loyalty scores of influencers through research and analysis.
  • Competitive Analysis: Track competitive activity of influencers and submit regular MIS reports.
  • Event Management: Organize product/scheme launch meets to generate buzz and excitement around new offerings.
  • Market Strategies: Develop geography-specific influencer strategies to drive demand and sales.
  • Product Insights: Interact with influencers to understand product needs, perception, loyalty requirements, and dissatisfactions across markets.
  • Dealer Management: Grow the share of emulsions in NPP dealers through effective sales strategies.
  • Call Center Management: Manage the Painter Call Center and review its effectiveness.
  • Training Content: Develop effective training content for painters and influencers.
  • Enrolment and Participation: Ensure enrolment and participation of painters in conjunction with sales teams.
  • Program Execution: Execute painter training programs to drive desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, loyalty programs, or training development.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, loyalty, and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
