About the Position:
We are looking for a top-notch software engineer to help design, develop, and scale robust payment systems globally that motivate our users to engage with us via simple and delightful payments experiences.
The Payment Systems team is seeking an exceptional staff engineer to collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to create scalable solutions and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable payment solutions.
- Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Lead technical design choices, code reviews, and architecture for the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of full-time software engineering work experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages (GO, Java, C++).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong experience building high-scalable critical systems.
- Strong experience leading and building resilient distributed systems.
- Strong experience building payment systems.
