
Leading Super HNI Banking Professional

As a seasoned banking professional, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing and deepening Super HNI customer relationships through effective relationship management.
You will focus on analyzing and satisfying Super HNI Customers' financial as well as investment needs and objectives. As the face of the bank to these high net worth customers, you will provide exceptional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create new business opportunities to meet defined sales targets
- Develop and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to increase share of wallet and revenues
- Provide professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated with ongoing self-development
- Manage the portfolio to mitigate risk against attrition and maintain stability of book
- Monitor key performance indicators at the highest level
Achieve Targets set in terms of product mix
- Prioritize acquisition of Resident customers
- Cross-sell and upsell Wealth and Asset products as well as Trade Forex aggressively
- Achieve 'best in class' productivity to maximize the efficacy of the sales process
- Achieve budgeted cross sell targets
- Implement aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of customer base according to Group approved Relationship Matrix
Effectively manage customer transition with utmost sensitivity
- Stay aware of all policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention
- Maintain compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
- Immediately report any suspicious transactions to the supervising officer
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth
- Proven experience in managing Client Book
