About the Role

Our Team is Seeking a Motivated and Ambitious Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Consultant who can help us build a qualified pipeline of investors for our Real Estate Fund. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment products, and a strong ability to identify, connect with, and qualify High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to HNI clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Generating Leads: Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand investment appetite and suitability.
  • Educating Prospects: Educate prospects about the Real Estate Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Schedule meetings for senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.
Market Intelligence
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities.
  • Researching Investor Behavior: Research HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach.
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Tracking Progress: Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Providing Reports: Provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Fundraising teams to achieve targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate Degree: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in Lead Generation: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-Driven Professional: Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
