We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Product Development Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI products.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a co-founder in spirit, shaping not only code but also culture, strategy, and client impact. As an AI Product Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the full AI lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights. Your expertise will be crucial in translating business requirements into transformative AI products that drive global impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases.
  • Work directly with founders, product leaders, and clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
