Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Product Lead

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive our AI-powered solutions forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for AI-driven products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new AI solutions, analyzing customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer insights and business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer training for AI applications.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Management Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product ideas and updates.
