Job Overview:">We are seeking a highly experienced Service Leader to oversee the service operations for our SMT equipment, with a strong focus on Fuji SMT systems.">The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience in SMT processes, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance, particularly with Fuji equipment.">This role requires technical leadership, customer management, and team supervision to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.">
">Key Responsibilities:">Lead Service Operations for SMT machines, primarily Fuji platforms (e.g., Install, commission, and support Fuji SMT lines at customer sites with minimal downtime.">Supervise a team of field service engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.">Act as a technical escalation point for complex service and maintenance issues.">Conduct preventive maintenance programs and audits to ensure optimal machine performance.">Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, and Engineering) for seamless customer support.">Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation as per company standards.">Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and customer satisfaction.">Provide technical training to internal teams and customer personnel.">Ensure compliance with all EHS and quality standards.">
">Requirements:">Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.">~12+ years of experience in SMT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.">~ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software aspects of SMT machines.">~ Willingness to travel to customer sites as required (domestic and possibly international).">~ Experience with other SMT brands (e.g., IPC-A-610 or equivalent SMT standards training">
