Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the required standards and timelines.

Your primary objective will be to provide effective leadership and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of projects across various sectors, including infrastructure development, urban planning, and transportation. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to execution, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can demonstrate exceptional project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification:
    • M.Plan Urban / Regional / Transport Planning or equivalent
    • B.E Civil Engineering / B. Arch / B. Plan
    • Masters in Business / Infrastructure Management / Financial Management or CA or CFA
    • B.E. Civil Engg / B.Plan / B.Arch or any degree in Graduation
  • Experience:
    • 10-12 years of experience of working in planning projects with hands on experience in regional planning / urban planning / transport planning, land use analysis, development co-ordination, planning procedures
    • Experience in working with large scale urban development/ urban transport / infrastructure housing projects
    • Programme management experience at state/ central level
