Lead Software Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing complex software products, leading a team of developers, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex software products
  • Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications
  • Proven expertise in building robust and scalable applications using Angular/React, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth2, and Spring Security
  • Solid experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum), continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and behavior-driven development (BDD)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
