Key Performance Tester Roles

We're looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our team.

  • As a key member of our Performance Testing group, you will design and develop performance test plans using various tools like Apache JMeter.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing, proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation, and working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues. Additionally, you will perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters and execute performance testing across cloud platforms.

A successful candidate will have strong debugging skills, excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).

  • Design and implement performance test plans to ensure system scalability and reliability.
  • Develop custom scripts for performance testing scenarios using programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to performance testing.
