Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketer to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketer, you will play a key role in creating and managing affiliate marketing programs for user acquisition and brand visibility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage affiliate marketing programs for user acquisition and brand visibility
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates, publishers and partners in fintech, crypto and Web3 ecosystems
  • Negotiate commission structures and payout models to attract and retain affiliates
  • Analyze and report on affiliate performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, LTV)
  • Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments or Web3
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and attribution models
