Product Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Product Development Manager to drive innovation in electrical switches.
- This role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, quality control, and sales teams.
Routine Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and identify new product opportunities.
- Assist in defining specifications, creating prototypes, and refining product designs.
- Ensure rigorous product testing in coordination with the quality control team.
- Oversee product development timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Work with manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams for seamless product launches.
- Maintain development records and report project progress to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in electrical switch product development.
- Strong knowledge of design, prototyping, and testing.
- Familiarity with polycarbonate materials in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD/design tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
