Finance and Business Analysis Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing timely and accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role will involve developing budgets and forecasts, tracking key financial metrics, and overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, preparing accurate management reports, and analyzing costs to drive operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification, with 3–6 years of experience in finance roles. They will also need to be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Track and report key financial metrics.
  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare accurate management reports.
  • Analyze costs to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements:
