We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of our enterprise by designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Additionally, they will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong data management skills, and a keen understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Custom Applications: Utilize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to create custom applications that meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Build Automated Workflows: Leverage Power Automate to build automated workflows, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Create Dashboards and Reports: Design and implement dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide data-driven insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Integrate Solutions: Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps) to create seamless experiences.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management Skills: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design Principles: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.
