Business Intelligence Professional

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical professional to drive business growth through strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are delivered on time.
  • Assist in creating business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to support informed decision-making.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices to maintain credibility and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies with experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in data analysis and SQL with familiarity in data visualization tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but a plus).
