Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
