**Job Description:**

At the forefront of data engineering, we seek a Senior Backend Data & Integration Engineer to spearhead the development of robust pipelines and seamless integrations.


  • Design and develop data pipelines using Python and TypeScript with expertise in crawling, parsing, deduplication, and embeddings.
  • Connect external systems and interfaces through integrations with HR4YOU, SerpAPI, BA job board, email/SMTP, and others.
  • Batch/stream processing using Azure Functions/container jobs with emphasis on retry/backoff and dead-letter queues.
  • Troubleshoot telemetry for data quality including freshness, duplicate rate, coverage, and cost per 1,000 items.
  • Collaborate with Frontend Engineers for exports CSV/Excel and admin configuration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in backend/data engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python FastAPI pydantic httpx/requests Playwright/Selenium and solid TypeScript for smaller services/SDKs.
  • Azure expertise Functions/Container Apps or AKS jobs Storage/Blob Key Vault Monitor/Log Analytics.
  • Messaging Service Bus/Queues idempotence exactly-once semantics pragmatic approach.
  • Databases PostgreSQL pgvector query design performance tuning.
  • Clean ETL/ELT patterns testability pytest observability OpenTelemetry.
