Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our RPA practice, driving the development and implementation of automation solutions that deliver exceptional value to our clients. As an RPA Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire RPA project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of RPA developers, fostering innovation and best practices in automation. You will be expected to define scalable RPA architectures, ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems, and continuously optimize automation solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Advanced Developer Professional (UiADP) Certification
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, business transformation, or automation
  • 6+ years of hands-on RPA development experience
  • Expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBA for automation scripting
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations
  • Strong knowledge of business process optimization methodologies
