We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Ai Research Scientist. The successful candidate will be part of our Advanced Ai R&D lab team in India, working alongside experienced professionals to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence.

Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in Ai/ml, Generative Ai, LLMs, and adjacent fields to solve complex business and societal problems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies to advance Ai capabilities.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Collaborate with product teams, Ai engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Mentor junior researchers and engineers, providing guidance on the development of practical applications.

Your Profile:

  • Phd in Computer Science or another technical field. Exceptional bachelor's or master's degree candidates will also be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have theoretical and hands-on experience with LLMs.
  • Strong implementation skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Ai frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
  • Publications at venues such as IEEE, ICLR, NeurIPS, GECCO, ALife, AAAI, IJCAI, ICML.
