Scientific Affairs Director

As the market leader in clinical genomic space, we are expanding our team with a Scientific Affairs Manager to drive scientific activities across locations and segments.
This role is responsible for active participation in scientific programs through lectures/presentations to promote scientific communication to the target audience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting CMEs/doctor group meetings at all locations in close collaboration with sales teams to identify needs as per company priorities.
This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and ample medical terminology vocabulary, particularly in oncology and medical genetics settings.
Key responsibilities include identifying and developing good relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), staying up-to-date with literature in the field, and providing technical assessment to sales staff.
In addition to these responsibilities, the role may also involve other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical genetics settings
- Able to conduct scientific programs and presentations
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
