Effective Communication Specialist

Job Description:

The Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective communication skills training programs to enhance employees' verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. The role demands expertise in coaching individuals and teams to improve their business communication for client interactions, presentations, and workplace collaboration.

A key aspect of this role is assessing participants' communication skills through pre- and post-training evaluations and providing actionable feedback. This enables the development of tailored training modules based on organizational needs and learner profiles.

Responsibilities include conducting communication skills training sessions for new hires and existing employees, focusing on verbal, written, and non-verbal communication. Additionally, the trainer will coach employees on accent neutralization, business English, email etiquette, and presentation skills.

To ensure alignment with organizational goals, the Communication Trainer will collaborate with business leaders, L&D, and HR. They will also maintain updated training materials and adopt innovative training methodologies.
