Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team in India. As a key member of our security operations center, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of clients' infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Operations: Ensure that all infrastructure operations meet customer-specific service level agreements and identify, assess, and implement solutions to incidents using tools and standards.
  • Problem Management: Lead problem management as an escalation point, performing regular analysis and recommendations for the infrastructure.
  • IT Solution Design: Design and integrate IT solutions for clients based on service design specifications.
  • Security Policy Implementation: Define, enforce, and optimize firewall rules and security policies in line with industry best practices.
  • Network Security Architecture: Support the design and implementation of secure network infrastructures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certifications: Professional Level and/or expert level certification in network and security technologies.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience with network and security technologies and a bachelor's degree in technology or computer science.

Key Competencies

  • Firewall Management: Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls.
  • Security Expertise: Implement and operate IT security technologies, including VPNs, remote access, integration, automation, and compliance auditing.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain up-to-date documentation for firewall configurations, rule sets, change management logs, and compliance reports.
