We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team as a Certified Public Accountant.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial statements for US-based clients.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data on a regular basis.
  • Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Evaluate tax strategies and minimize liabilities while maximizing deductions.
  • Analyze tax notices and correspondence to assist clients with resolution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or EA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates pursuing CPA/EA are welcome.
  • 0-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial compliance.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, IRS regulations, and state-specific tax laws.

In addition to the responsibilities above, we require:

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and US reporting standards.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements, manage ledgers, and support audits.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
