Job Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned software engineer with expertise in developing cutting-edge AI systems. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement efficient backend microservices using Python, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, FastAPI, Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, FastMCP, and Pandas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust REST API's and collaborate with various databases, including PostgreSQL.
  • Implement unit tests, debug code, document processes, and engage in code reviews.
  • Maintain proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs:
  • Familiarity with popular Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystems and frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agnos, AutoGPT, or Semantic Kernel is essential.
  • You will work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines by leveraging Vector stores (Chroma, Qdrant, Pinecone), embedding models, chunking, and token window optimization techniques.
  • Integration with prominent AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, and Hugging Face will also be required.
  • Experience in designing multi-agent architectures or orchestrated workflows will be highly valued.
Bonus Skills:
  • Audience: Federated query tools like Trino or Athena.
  • Cloud-Native Deployments: Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud-native platforms such as GCP/GKE, AWS/EKS.
  • Data Connectors: Experience with data connectors for RAG, utilizing SQL/GraphQL APIs.
  • Privacy Awareness: Familiarity with privacy-aware computing concepts, data security measures, or compliance-driven design principles.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python.
  • Proficiency in REST API development, backend microservices, and maintaining production-ready codebases.
  • Strong background in writing unit tests, debugging, documenting, and collaborating through code reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
