Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of our food brand by driving planning, project management, and execution for campaigns across various platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for creativity and innovation, with excellent communication and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive campaign efficiency through proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote food products across various digital and offline channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Foster relationships with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to boost product reach
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand and maintain consistency across all touch points

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field
  • 6-12 months experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food industry
  • Proficiency in digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads)
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food trends
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
