Job Description:

The Protection Coordinator Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and testing of protection schemes in High Voltage (HV) substations.

This role involves ensuring compliance with SEC/IEC/IEEE standards throughout the design, installation, and commissioning phases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design reviewing and implementing protection schemes in HV substations.">
  • Testing and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with SEC/IEC/IEEE standards.">
  • Interface with design teams, relay manufacturers, testing teams, and client representatives.">
  • Review and validate protection schemes, relay settings, and logic diagrams.">
  • Lead and coordinate all protection-related engineering and field activities in HV substations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years relevant experience in High Voltage Substation & Transmission line projects.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.">
  • Strong knowledge of SEC/IEC/IEEE standards and regulations.">
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.">
