As a data conversion specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transition of data into our systems. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective data migration strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data sources to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Create data mapping tools to support data conversion efforts and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and implement EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Analyze data anomalies and rectify conversion errors to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliver results-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
