Key Responsibilities

  2. Design and implement nutrition programs to support employee health and productivity, focusing on balanced diets, hydration, and stress-related eating.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and maintain accurate records of dietary assessments, menu plans, interventions, and progress.
  4. Stay updated on best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management to inform evidence-based decision-making.
  5. Counsel employees on healthy eating practices and provide expert advice on nutrition-related topics, promoting a culture of wellness within the organization.
  6. Develop and implement large-scale menu planning strategies to ensure compliance with nutrition and safety norms, while also considering the needs of employees with dietary restrictions or preferences.
  7. Lead awareness sessions, workshops, and health talks on workplace nutrition, hydration, and stress-related eating to promote employee engagement and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or equivalent.
  • Registered Dietitian certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
