We're seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to drive innovation in machine learning and AI model design, analysis of complex data sets, and algorithm development for performance optimization.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with Large Language Models (LLMs) preferred. You will develop, test, and refine LLM-based products tailored for the EdTech sector, working with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs to integrate and optimize AI models.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to translate learning needs into AI-powered solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations of model performance, implementing improvements, ensuring responsible AI practices, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required skills:

  • 1+ year in AI/ML engineering
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries
  • Experience working with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, especially Azure OpenAI
