This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Bhilai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning and AI models, analyzing complex datasets, and developing algorithms to optimize performance. Having at least one year of hands-on experience to help us design and refine Large Language Model (LLM)–based products for the Ed Tech industry. You'll work closely with senior engineers to create AI-driven tools that enhance learning experiences, leveraging Open AI and Azure Open AI technologies.
Develop, test, and refine LLM-based products tailored for the Ed Tech sector.
Work with Open AI and Azure Open AI APIs to integrate and optimize AI models.
Adapt and fine-tune LLMs for educational content, assessments, and personalized learning experiences.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to translate learning needs into AI-powered solutions.
Conduct evaluations of model performance and implement improvements.
Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy and ethical model use.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in building AI tools for Ed Tech or e-learning platforms.
Familiarity with data preprocessing for educational datasets.
1+ year in AI/ML engineering, with exposure to LLMs preferred.
~ Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
~ Experience working with APIs (REST/Graph QL).
~ Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, especially Azure Open AI.
