Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute R&D tasks by completing laboratory processes correctly the first time.
  • Perform battery material recycling R&D according to company strategy, product specifications and laboratory protocols.
  • Support process development in laboratory, pilot facility and third-party labs to identify efficient process technologies.

You will work closely with operations and process engineering teams to monitor process consistency and adjust parameters where needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of R&D experience in a chemical lab, preferably in hydrometallurgy, battery recycling, mining or carbon materials industries.
  • Technical expertise related to inorganic chemistry and strong research skills.
  • Ability to grasp processes and lab practices to execute R&D tasks independently.
