We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Engineer.

\About the Role\
  • \
  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.\
  • You will design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.\
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.\
  • Implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.\
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\
  • Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  • Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.\
  • Train and guide production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.\\

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.\
