Job Role:

Internal Communications Specialist
Overview:

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing impactful content and coordinating across internal channels to ensure consistency, timeliness, and relevance for employees.

Your role will involve creating high-quality written content such as creative emailers and other communication assets tailored for diverse internal audiences.

You will also partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Corporate Units, and Brand to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.

Additionally, you will steer interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality written content for diverse internal audiences

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in internal communications or journalism, preferably within the services industry.

You will also require a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
