Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as an English Faculty member. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach English classes to students in a live online setting, covering topics such as Class 11, Class 12, CUET English, and related exams.
  • Develop and deliver engaging YouTube sessions to reach a broader audience.
  • Create and curate educational content, including booklets, mock tests, theory notes, and question banks, ensuring alignment with exam requirements.
  • Provide individualized support to students, resolving doubts and evaluating test results.
  • Take ownership of the English subject area, driving teaching, content development, and results.
  • Contribute to curriculum improvement and internal training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong subject matter expertise in English, with a focus on Class 11, 12, and CUET UG Level.
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create high-quality academic content and structure it effectively.
  • Experience in handling both live and digital student interactions.
  • Familiarity with CBSE and CUET frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using tools for online teaching, content creation, and feedback management.
