  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to develop proposals tailored to client needs and priorities.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements that inform development planning and roadmap decisions.
">Issue Management & Continuous Improvement">
  • Assess Change Requests (CRs) for feasibility, impact, and alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize client requests in partnership with Product Management and R&D, balancing client value with delivery capacity.
