Quantitative Trading Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trader who can develop, implement, and manage sophisticated trading strategies across equities and derivatives markets. This position offers unparalleled profit sharing opportunities for proven performers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct rigorous backtesting and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Maintain real-time monitoring of trading performance and risk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize potential losses.
  • Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • A deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management principles.
  • Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization techniques.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks is highly preferred.
