About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons for school students in Leadership Skills, Life Skills, and Accelerated Learning domains as a freelance presenter.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality, curriculum-based lessons to school students as provided by us.
  • Presentation skills: confident and vibrant delivery in front of the camera, engaging and motivating students throughout the lesson.
  • Adapting your delivery style to the age and background of the audience.
  • Fostering interactive and positive classroom experiences.
  • Collaboration with our academic and production teams for session coordination, rehearsal, and feedback.
  • Submitting required reports after class sessions as per guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated or prior experience in teaching/presenting on camera (sample video required).
  • Strong communication and engaging personality suitable for young audiences.
  • Ability to deliver educational content in multiple languages including Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam.
  • Passion for student empowerment through leadership and life skills education.
  • Willingness to receive and act upon feedback to continuously improve class delivery.
