About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineering professional to join our team.

  • As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for executing technical activities within your area of expertise, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet site/project objectives.
  • You will supervise plant engineering teams, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the best possible maintenance, repair, and modifications.
  • Additionally, you will execute design projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality parameters, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines by implementing preventive maintenance plans and conducting corrective repairs as needed.
  • Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects and execute infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.
  • Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity and coach new team members, promoting personal and professional development.
  • Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and life cycle costs.
  • Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions to meet compliance standards and HSE regulations.
  • Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation, obtaining necessary permits and executing work orders as required.
  • Update CMMS after maintenance/calibration completion and document execution of calibration, Process Engineer. Support building organizational culture in line with our values.

  • Experience in OSD Oncology facilities in reputable pharmaceutical companies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience handling containment machinery.
  • Operations Management and Execution skills, collaborating across boundaries and functional breadth.
