Ideal Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive Account Reconciliation solution, encompassing design, configuration, data integration, and testing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ARM/ARCS, including reconciliation compliance and transaction matching.
  • Demonstrate functional understanding of finance/accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Showcase expertise in working with a consolidation tool and general ledger.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and inspire customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead the development of an Account Reconciliation solution, driving implementation, configuration, data integration, and testing. This role requires collaboration with technical experts to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management system.

This position will provide tailored architectural solutions for new initiatives, assist in defining scope and sizing of work, and spearhead Proof of Concept developments.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • EPM Experience: 5+ Years
  • Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process
  • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
  • Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
  • Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports
  • Good communication Skills
  • Travel Readiness
