Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights for our platform. You will utilize your analytical prowess, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex datasets into meaningful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources.
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – product, tech, and business – to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the product.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through visualizations and reports.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data tools is an asset.
  • Prior experience in freelance, remote, or product-based analytics is preferred.
