Therapy Manager Job

The job of a Tertiary Therapy Manager involves efficiently managing the therapy area by effectively engaging with customers to increase product awareness. This entails answering queries, introducing new products, and maintaining customer focus while having industry knowledge. The frequency of calls and personal visits to targeted doctors are scheduled and planned according to an agreed-upon coverage list. Our sales team supports customers by providing clinical information, educational resources, and training programs to help them meet their goals for patients in their communities.

In this role, you will be required to imbibe product features and benefits, including scientific information, to effectively communicate with medical doctors and handle product-related customer queries. You will utilize customer-focused selling techniques, continually assessing customer knowledge and strategizing to maintain high customer confidence and knowledge of company products. Additionally, you will maintain current approved protocols and promotional materials for inclusion in sales presentations, contact customers regularly, and deliver informative sales presentations based on their needs.

Your responsibilities will include achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective implementation of sales promotion strategies and scientific initiatives. You will also constantly update your knowledge of diseases and product areas to facilitate scientific discussions with stakeholders and enhance productivity levels as expected by the Company. Furthermore, you will carry out Product Visibility and other activities related to the Products of the Company or Products of any other Company as may be decided from time to time, in accordance with any arrangement or agreement entered by the Company with such other Company.

To excel in this position, you must have a Degree in Sciences (B Pharm) and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in articulating data-driven findings to various audience levels and translating these findings into actionable recommendations is essential. Relevant experience in the therapeutic segment, including vaccine knowledge and selling experience at corporate hospitals with Peads, OGBynecs, and Diabetologists, Pulmonologists, and nephrology including trades is also required.
