Job Title: Website & CMS Manager

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance of our brand website, ensuring quality content, optimal performance, and exceptional user experience.

  • This role involves managing a team with a strong vision for the brand's success, planning, strategizing, and executing tasks and projects.
  • The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying improvements to the website, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading client websites.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee responsibilities and timely execution of tasks

  • Liaise with teams for tasks and projects
  • Pitch improvements to the websites
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
  • Troubleshoot all website issues
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches
  • Enable appropriate security measures
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant information
  • Align communication with the brand's strategy
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency through regular test plans
  • Improve User Experience regularly
  • Collaborate with teams and management to ensure website alignment with brand strategy
  • Present strategies to grow website metrics
  • Maintain tracker of all updates on the website
  • Ensure Client satisfaction & smooth communication
  • Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento

  • Awareness about Product Management & Best Practices
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
  • Working knowledge of web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, Magento)
  • e-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Magento)
  • Agile Methodology experience for Project Management
  • Google Analytics Power User
  • API Documentation understanding
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Troubleshooting website issues
  • Presentation skills
